Our exclusive 2-day intensive master class with world-renowned street photographer Vineet Vohra was successfully held in Istanbul and welcomed a select group of just 10 participants.
During this immersive experience, attendees received direct, hands-on feedback from Vineet both in the field and in classroom-style sessions. The workshop combined practical photo walks through Istanbul with detailed discussions on technique, style, and personal vision.
Key topics covered included:
-
Do’s and Don’ts in street photography
-
Overcoming the fear of close-ups
-
Understanding and applying the elements of composition
-
The concept of layering and Gestalt principles
-
Creative use of light and environment
-
Developing a personal style and vision
-
How to avoid common mistakes
-
Publishing your work and shaping your photography career
On the second day, participants presented their work and received individual reviews and critiques from Vineet. Each attendee had the opportunity to reflect on their progress and refine their storytelling approach.
Participants were required to bring a digital camera (preferably with a wide-angle lens), a laptop with editing software, and a notebook for personal insights.
The workshop was conducted entirely in English, and members of FOTON Derneği enjoyed a discounted participation fee.
